C&S is breaking up!
BEG/ INT:  Every great dancer and athlete begins their training with a solid foundation.   The BEG/INT LEVEL is where you learn & refine your pole dance technique while building strength, control, stamina, proper body mechanics and muscle memory which will make advanced skills easier to master.  Through creative, fun and sexy pole dance routines, you'll learn the important details of grips, braces, hooks, spin sets and spin impulses (C&S Fundamentals).  Plus, you'll develop an extensive movement vocabulary of climbs, spins, stationary bent arm poses, floor work and sexy dance transitions that are incorporated into every Climb & Spin pole dance routine.  In fact, every C&S routine includes 1 climb, 1 spin, 1 stationary bent arm pose plus floor-work and sexy dance transitions.  (recommended: Intro to Pole Dancing)

INT/ ADV:  After building a solid foundation in your pole dance training through the beg/int level, you are proficient in all the C&S Fundamentals (grips, braces, hooks, spin sets and spin impulses), you have an extensive movement vocabulary and are comfortable learning choreographed pole dance routines.  Now you're ready for the challenge of learning C&S routines that include advanced spins, combo spins, spinning climbs, spinning descends plus advanced stationary bent arm poses, floor-work and dance transitions; all of which require solid technique, strength, coordination and control.  The INT/ADV level is also designed to help you develop individual artistry, fluidity of movement, seamless transitions and musicality.   You'll incorporate all of these advanced skills into choreographed C&S pole dance routines that include 1 climb, 1 spin or combo spin, 1 stationary bent arm pose plus floor-work and sexy dance transitions.  (pre-requisite: instructor referral)
