Booty Camp is designed to hel p you build strength, endurance plus, improve balance and cordination. . This will help you to advance in pole dancing quiker.

Stretch Class -
30 minute class focused on active & static stretching to increase your flexibility, lesson you chance of injury, advancement in pole dancing & just make your body feel better.

Open Pole class -
This class allows the expierenced pole dancer to come in and work with an instructor on what they are working on. The instructor will build on the level that you are at, as long as she feels it is safe. from there, a way we feel is safe. One person per pole.
