POLICIES

-  All Bookings MUST be made in advance before coming to the studio.
-  Please respect our Women's Only policy!
- Please allow 24  hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
-  There are no refunds on class packages.
-  All classes are 55 min. long, unless otherwise   specified.
-  Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. We will not allow entries later than 5 minutes into class. (This will count as a cancel)
-  All classes have a maximum attendance of 8 people, unless otherwise specified.
- Please book all classes at least 24 hours in advance.

POLE CLASSES

Intro to Pole Dancing -
In this class you will learn a short choreographed routine.  This class moves a litte slower than Climb & Spin and only requires you to learn the routine on your dominant side of your body.  This class is NOT mandatory to take Climb & Spin.

Climb & Spin - 
 In this class you will learn a different choreographed
routine with different spinning, climbing, descending from a climb, poises, dance transitions & floor work.  You will be required to learn all the move on your right and left side with grace, control & strength.  You will build up strength & endurance, as you learn to pole dance and advance.

Climb & Invert - 
In this class you will learn a variations of inversions
and climbing to inversions. You must 'graduate' from Climb & Spin to
take this class. This class will incorporate what is taught in Climb & Spin to create a full well rounded pole dancing routines.

OTHER CLASSES

Lap Dance Class -
Want to temp and tease your lover? Work him into a frenzy with a "look don't touch" lapdance? (of course rules are made to be broken) As you snake yourself around his body and wind wind your hips inches away from his lap.....he will be puddy in your hands!

Sexy Seats -
In this class you will learn a sexy short routine focusing on a chair.

Mat -
Improve your climbs, spins, inverts and descends with the core strength, control, stamina, flexibility and balance that comes from this classical pilates mat class, designed for pole dancers. (This class is not offered in WP yet)

Booty Camp Class - 
Booty Camp is designed to hel p you build strength, endurance plus, improve balance and cordination. . This will help you to advance in pole dancing quiker.

Stretch Class -
30 minute class focused on active & static stretching to increase your flexibility, lesson you chance of injury, advancement in pole dancing & just make your body feel better.

 Open Pole class -
This class allows the expierenced pole dancer to come in and work with an instructor on what they are working on.  The instructor will build on the level that you are at, as long as she feels it is safe. from there, a way we feel is safe. One person per pole.
